Shari Sutton is a highly experienced advisor with more than 20 years’ experience in professional services. She is widely recognised for her strategic thinking, calm and considered approach and ability to guide clients through complex decision making. Shari brings a distinctive blend of accounting, legal and problem solving expertise, shaped by a career working closely with family businesses, professionals and organisations across a broad range of industries.

Shari is a Partner at KHI Partners, where she specialises in supporting clients with taxation, structuring, governance, financial reporting and strategic planning matters. With dual qualifications in Business (Accountancy) and Law, she brings an analytically rigorous yet holistic approach to complex issues. Clients value her responsiveness, clear communication and practical, solutions focused advice.

Early in her career, Shari received national recognition for academic excellence, earning ‘candidate of the module’ awards at both Queensland and Australian levels during her professional studies. She has been a Chartered Accountant since 2012, holds a Certificate of Public Practice and is a Registered Tax Agent.

Known for her steady and thoughtful style, Shari excels in environments requiring sensitivity, structure and balanced judgment.
