About Janine Sim

With over a decade’s experience in corporate and business banking, Janine has practical expertise in assisting businesses and their owners achieve financial goals through effective debt structuring.

Prior to joining KHI Partners in 2021, she has worked as a Business and Corporate Banker in Macquarie Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia supporting an active portfolio of clients.

During her time at CBA and Macquarie, Janine enjoyed a long-term partnership approach with her clients, understanding their needs, then working towards a successful outcome in each case. . She especially enjoys working with growing businesses and providing solutions to ensure the business can achieve ongoing growth with adequate capital support.

Janine’s core specialties include:

• Acquisition of residential and commercial property, and refinancing and restructuring existing property portfolios
• Assisting businesses seeking funding for growth and exit – reinvestment, working capital, succession planning, and shareholder buy-in loans
• Providing specialised lending for professional services firms (accountants, lawyers and financial planners); technology companies; built firms (engineers, architects, quantity surveyors); and medical professionals
