About Michael Molloy

Michael has over 17 years financial services experience across the Big 4 banks, predominantly CBA, where he worked across multiple areas, leading large and multinational teams.

He is an avid property investor and since buying his first property in 2001, has successfully invested in the UK, USA and Australia.

Michael creates lasting relationships with his clients and supports them with all their property needs such as;

• Acquisition, refinancing or restructuring of residential and commercial properties and portfolios.
• Reinvestment, working capital, succession planning and shareholder buy-in loans for businesses seeking funding for growth and exit.
• Specialised lending for professional services firms (accountants, lawyers and financial planners) technology companies; built firms (engineers, architects, quantity surveys) and medical professionals
• Creating structures that allow property purchase Companies, Trusts and Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF).
• Vehicle and asset finance.

When not in the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and running ultra marathons!
